High end designer has created this sample dress and I believe it is a exceptional one of a kind as I cannot locate any other dresses or styles with this pattern. Plus it being a sample, it does look as though it was only in the works as the teal liner is not fully sewn underneath. There is a thin strap that could go around your neck if you didn't want it to be fully Strapless. The material is stunning Silk, flows and bold statement piece. It's extremely fun and flattering!
as mentioned, the liner underneath is not sewn complete the way as shown in the photos. Otherwise the dress is in good condition.
